The tables below list the membership categories of ANZWHA, including their eligibility requirements.

Gold Membership
Gold Members are body corporates that have:
- An active Australian Business Number (ABN);
- A current licence under the Australian Building Codes Board’s (ABCB) WaterMark Scheme for an active product certified to Australian Standard 3498:2020 ‘Safety and public health requirements for plumbing products – water heaters and hot-water storage tanks’ (as amended) (AS 3498:2020); and
- Manufactured or sold at least 10,000 units across any/all product ranges to which a WaterMark licence referred to immediately above relates in the past financial year.
Silver Membership
Silver Members are body corporates that have:
- An active Australian Business Number (ABN);
- A current licence under the Australian Building Codes Board’s (ABCB) WaterMark Scheme for an active product certified to Australian Standard 3498:2020 ‘Safety and public health requirements for plumbing products – water heaters and hot-water storage tanks’ (as amended) (AS 3498:2020); and
- Manufactured or sold at least 1,000 units across any/all product ranges to which a WaterMark licence referred to immediately above relates in the past financial year.
Bronze Membership
Bronze Members are body corporates that:
- Have an active Australian Business Number (ABN);
- Provide goods or services in the water heating supply chain in Australia and/or New Zealand; and
- Do not meet the eligibility criteria to become either a Gold Member or a Silver Member.
Honorary Membership
Honorary Members are persons who have, in the discretion of the Board of Directors, rendered outstanding service to ANZWHA or to the Australian or New Zealand water heating industries.
